Spring Fever Weekend at Goose Cove Lodge

Take time out to give yourself a spring makeover with this weekend of yoga, massage and breathing/meditation exercises. Price is per person and includes all meals beginning with dinner on Friday, and ending with sack lunch on Sunday, choice of 1.5 hour massage, and yoga/meditation sessions.

Price is per person and includes all meals beginning with dinner on day of check-in, and ending with sack lunch on the last day, daily yoga class, choice of three massages/energy session for June retreat, two for October retreat, and guided kayak tour. June retreat includes guided hike .

The practice of yoga connects us with our inner selves, signaling and releasing energy blockages, helping to keep the body healthy, the mind calm and focused. The yoga classes are suitable for all levels.



Massage and Energy Work offered:


Swedish Massage uses a variety of strokes to create a relaxing massage that helps to relieve stress, improve circulation, release toxins from the muscles and improve joint mobility.

Chakra Balancing helps to restore balance to the energy centers.

Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a floor mat in loose and comfortable clothing. In addition to working on muscles, it stretches the body increasing flexibility and releasing tension. By opening up the body energy can flow more easily, promoting a state of relaxation and well being.

Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands, which correspond to every part, gland, and organ of the body. By applying pressure on these reflexes, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation, and helps promote the natural function of the body.

Hot Stone Massage relieves stress by balancing the ki (body energy) to restore and improve health. This style of massage can be gentle and calm to relieve stress, or deep and penetrating to reduce significant back, neck and shoulder tension.

Seated Chair Massage helps to relieve muscular tension in the neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands.
