on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands,
which correspond to every part, gland, and organ of the body.
By applying pressure on these reflexes, reflexology relieves
tension, improves circulation, and helps promote the natural
function of the body.
Hot Stone Massage relieves stress by balancing
the ki (body energy) to restore and improve health. This style
of massage can be gentle and calm to relieve stress, or deep
